Introduction
Global Conflict & Crisis Strategic Solutions (GC2S2) is proud to present its 2024–2025 Annual Report. This year, we expanded our impact through vital partnerships and projects designed to strengthen safety, education, and resilience in vulnerable communities.
Working with Start the Ripple (STR) and Ebenezer Junior School in Kyanjiri, Uganda, we successfully delivered multiple initiatives that enhanced security, improved learning environments, supported student well-being, and advanced community development.
Beyond Uganda, GC2S2 has laid the groundwork for upcoming WASH, livelihood, and resilience programs across Africa and initiated new community empowerment projects in the United States.
Our achievements this year reflect our commitment to channeling 100% of donor contributions directly into projects, with all administrative costs covered personally by our founder.
Completed and Ongoing Projects
Uganda – Ebenezer Junior School (Kyanjiri) Annual Report
In partnership with Start the Ripple and Ebenezer Junior School, GC2S2 completed or advanced the following projects:
- Enhanced School Security: Constructed a perimeter fence around the school to improve safety and create a defined boundary from the surrounding area.
- Permanent School Signage: Installed a durable school sign to replace the temporary banner, giving the school a permanent and professional identity.
- Cafeteria Construction: Raised $8,300 of the $16,000 needed for a new school cafeteria. estimated completion in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026. You can help us achieve this goal by donating here
- Women’s Skills Training: Delivered a sewing program for local women, providing hands-on training and producing uniforms for all 150+ students at the school.
- Educational Resources: Supplied the school with essential reading and writing materials for every student.
- Mental Health Support: Sponsored teacher training programs to certify staff as counselors, equipping them to provide mental health support for students.
- Agriculture and Food Security:
- Provided agricultural tools to support school farming projects, reducing food costs.
- Supplied protective netting to shield crops from the harsh Ugandan sun, improving yields and sustainability.
- Operational Support: Assisted Start the Ripple with staff salaries and food expenses to ensure stability in day-to-day school operations.
Expanding Regional Impact Annual Report
Uganda (Imvepi Refugee Camps)
GC2S2 is in the process of registering with the Ugandan government to begin projects in the Imvepi Refugee Camps.
In partnership with Akvo Venture LTD, we will focus on providing access to clean water, sanitation infrastructure, and hygiene education to displaced populations.
Global Initiatives
United States – Veterans Cybersecurity Training:
GC2S2 is launching a program for U.S. military veterans, teaching cybersecurity skills and preparing participants for certification in the sector.
Morocco – Medical and Educational Infrastructure:
GC2S2 is in discussions with a Moroccan NGO to establish a medical clinic and school, addressing health and education needs.
Uganda – Educational Infrastructure:
GC2S2 partnered with STR and Ebenezer Junior School to ensure the school meets Ugandan local and national standards.
Financial Accountability Report
GC2S2 remains committed to the highest standards of transparency and stewardship. In 2024–2025:
100% of all donations were allocated directly to projects and community support.
Administrative expenses — accounting, office space, and overhead— were covered by the organization’s founder, ensuring donor contributions made a direct impact.
All financial transactions were documented with digital receipts and verified through follow-up to confirm delivery of goods and services. All accounting is done via third party vendor to ensure accuracy and filings of our 990-N reports.
GC2S2 is committed and has consistently exceeded our goal of an 80-20 Split, 80% of donations towards project costs and 20% towards administrative fees.
We have utilized 100% of donated funds towards projects and maintained low administrative costs to ensure we can maximize impact.
Looking Ahead (2025–2026) Annual Report
In the coming year, GC2S2 will:
- Complete the Ebenezer Junior School cafeteria project.
- Launch WASH projects in Imvepi refugee camps.
- Scale up veteran-focused cybersecurity training in the U.S.
- Advance partnership negotiations in Morocco for medical and educational services.
- Through these initiatives, GC2S2 will continue to build resilient, sustainable communities by integrating education, health, security, and livelihood solutions.

The past year has been one of meaningful progress and partnership.
From safeguarding children at Ebenezer Junior School to preparing to serve displaced populations in Uganda and supporting veterans in the United States, GC2S2 has demonstrated its capacity to deliver life-changing programs across diverse contexts.
