Meet Our Amazing Team

Zach Pittman

Executive Director and President

Zach is the founder and owner of GC2S2. Creating the strategic vision and international development programs with a background in construction and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) experience and community resilience in crisis-affected areas.

Husham Kambal

Communications Director

With over a decade of outreach and communications experience Husham Kambal is integral to GC2S2 by connecting the organization with stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partner organizations.

Wendell Bryant

Vice President and Director of Operations

He specializes in operational logistics, project coordination, and team management. Wendell oversees field activities and ensures the smooth execution of GC2S2’s WASH and infrastructure programs in underserved communities.

James Capella

Vice President and Director of Operations

He holds a B.A. in African History with a focus on Modern African Politics. James brings extensive experience in cross-cultural communication, research, and coordinating between local communities, NGOs, and governments. He leads GC2S2’s outreach and advocacy efforts across Africa and the Middle East.

Yassine Fartsi

Development Director

Yassine Fartsi is a small business owner in the DMV area, known for quality service and community trust. As a member of GC2S2, he combines entrepreneurship with humanitarian work, reflecting his commitment to both customers and those in need. His dedication highlights the power of serving locally while making a global impact.

Working with GC2S2 has been an amazing experience because I was able to learn on the job plus see how quickly they implemented programs while balancing relations with the locals to ensure their programs actually met the locals' needs.

GC2S2 has helped our community in many ways by assisting building the school, creating an employment program for local women through a skills building workshop for us to learn how to sew. This program also allowed us to contribute to the school by making the uniforms for the children.
